2. Google User Data & OAuth Permissions
When you connect your Google Account to DigitalFixGuru to manage your business presence on Google Maps and Google Search, our application requests access to specific Google OAuth scopes:
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage: Used exclusively to access authorized Google Business Profile locations, read review listings, publish scheduled local updates (posts, offers, announcements), and fetch business location metadata.
- userinfo.email & userinfo.profile: Used to verify the identity of the account owner during Google Sign-In and display the connected account name in your dashboard.
Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance (Limited Use)
DigitalFixGuru's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We strictly do NOT use Google user data for serving advertisements, and we do NOT sell, transfer, rent, or lease your Google user data to any third-party data brokers, advertising networks, or external entities.
3. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Account & Contact Information: Name, business email address, company or branch name, and phone number.
- Business Profile Content: Post headlines, promotional body copy, call-to-action URLs, images uploaded for publishing, and location coordinates.
- Technical & System Logs: API synchronization logs, HTTP status codes, timestamp of publication events, and diagnostic audit trail records to ensure delivery integrity.
4. How We Use Your Information
Your data is processed strictly for the following operational purposes:
- Publishing scheduled daily and promotional posts directly to your authorized Google Business Profile locations.
- Generating AI-assisted review replies and ranking analytics for your local branch profiles.
- Providing the real-time Post Verification & Audit Trail to confirm post delivery on Google Maps.
- Authenticating user access and securing local server management tools.
5. Data Retention, Control & Deletion
You have full control over your connected accounts and stored data:
- Revoking Google Access: You can disconnect your Google account at any time directly in the DigitalFixGuru Settings panel, or by visiting Google Account Permissions.
- Data Deletion Requests: You may request the permanent deletion of all your stored business profile information, scheduled posts, and sync logs at any time by contacting our privacy officer at tourtodubaii@gmail.com or admin@digitalfixguru.com. Requests are executed within 48 hours.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard encryption protocols (TLS/HTTPS in transit and encrypted storage at rest). Access tokens and credentials are securely isolated and sanitized from all user-facing diagnostics.
